Congratulations to 2011-2012 Pius X Wrestling Team

on getting 11th place in class A at the Nebraska State Wrestling Championships  in Omaha and medaling 3 Pius X wrestlers with many victories by all wrestlers.  Jarred Nickman and Ben Goodwin both made the finals and were in the Parade of Champions.  Jarred became the 6th wrestler in Pius X history to win  a State Championship and Ben just missed by one point in the finals, getting second.  Tyson Cisneros was the other placer for Pius X getting 5th place.

Congratulations to the 2011-2012 Pius X Wrestling Team on Getting 4th!

We qualified 7 wrestlers at Districts in Kearney for the State wrestling meet that is being held in Omaha at the Centurylink on Thursday afternoon.  We have 3 District Champions this year which is the most Pius X has had in many  years.

Pius X Place 2 Wrestlers at State

The Bolts placed 21st out of 33 teams in Class A at State with 2 wrestlers placing 4th.  Pius X was 4th out of all of the Lincoln teams.
